It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the auction held on 23.01.2026, a sum of Rs.3500/- has been deposited by the petitioner with the treasury on 30.01.2026. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final approval has been given by the revenue authorities. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioner will file fresh application before the authorities, the authorities will pass appropriate orders in the matter. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh application ventilating all his grievances as has been raised in the present petition along with certified copy of this order before the authorities concerned within three weeks from today. In ca
