The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Madhuban District Mau to decide Restoration Application/Case No.T202515510302475 (Shyamji Vs. Rajdev) under Section 209(h) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 4.
