Land Revenue Act, 1901, an order dated 24.07.2024 was passed by respondent No. 2, the Sub-Divisional Officer, District Etah. 3. It is submitted that the aforesaid order has not yet been complied with; hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before respondent No. 2, the Sub- Divisional Officer, District Etah. In the event such an application is filed, respondent No. 2 shall consider and decide the same by passing an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months, and without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless there is no legal impediment
