In the instant writ petition the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 16.10.2025 passed by respondent no. 2/Upper Collector (Finance & Revenue), Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur, in Case No. 722 of 2023, computer Case No. D202309600000722 - (State Versus Sattar Son of Mohd. Haneef), under Section 66 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. As per said Sub Section (3) of Section 66 of Code, 2006, against the aforesaid order statutory remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the Authority as provided under Section 210 of the Code, 2006. 4.
