The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- 3. I tis argued by learned Senior Counsel that despite the fact that the order dated 05.06.2002 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Moradabad and the aforesaid order has become final but till date name of the petitioner has not been entered in the revenue records. It is argued that in this regard an application has also been submitted by the petitioner before the Tehsildar Dhampur, District Bijnor on 09.08.2024, copy of the same is appended as Annexure No.11 to the writ petition on which remarks were made by the Tehsildar Dhampur, District Bijnor on 07.01.2025, copy of the same
