Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the Respondent No.3 to ensure construction/connection of the petitioner's drainage to the main drainage at Village Balkuan, P.S. Mahuadih, District Deoria. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil & District Deoria but till date no decision has been taken in the matter and no constructions of drainage has been made to the main drainage. 4.
