It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the proceedings initiated under Section 67(1) of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.14180 of 2025 is pending before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar Ghazipur. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
