Pusuant to the order passed by this Court, Instructions dated 25.02.2026 received under the signature of Tehsildar Sadar Azamgarh placed before the Court the same is taken on record. 2. Along with the Instructions, a letter dated 24.02.2026 written by Tehsildar Sadar Azamgarh to the petitioner is also appended stating therein that notice dated 14.01.2026 issued to the petitioner was recalled. 3. After going through the same, it is very fairly argued by Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner that since the notice has been withdrawn, no cause of action would further survive and the present petition has now become infructuous but a prayer has been made to direct the authorities not pass any such order in future in any proceedings and the proceedings must be initiated in accordance with law. 4.
