The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to comply with the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil Jakhaniya District Ghazipur in the proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.8556 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202514290508556) before the respondent No.3 in which order dated 14.11.2025 has been passed in favour petitioner.
