Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.T201702323083194, order dated 12.10.2022 has been passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Meja Prayagraj in favour of the petitioner. It is argued that aggrieved with the aforesaid order, the respondents filed Appeal No.1427 of 2022 before the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Pryagraj Division Prayagraj which was rejected by him vide order dated 17.01.2026. After dismissal of the aforesaid appeal, the petitioner has filed representation for compliance of the order dated 12.10.2022 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2.
