The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- (i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to restrain the petitioner for making construction of the house situated over Arazi no. 470 situated Sudanipur Kalan, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad/Prayagraj and also further may be please to direct the respondent authority to get the demarcation of the Arazi no. 470 and Arazi no. 471 situated in Sudanipur Kalan, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad/ Prayagraj. 2. After going through the aforesaid prayer and record, the Court is of the opinion that the relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is only to be granted by the Civil/Revenue Court. 3.
