It is argued by learned counsel for the petitoner that the proposal was passed by the Land Management Committee on 12.10.2020 for allotment of Patta in favour of certain villagers including the present petitioners and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter and the land has not been allotted to the petitioners. 3.
