The basic relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Soraon, District- Prayagraj to decide 6718 of 2023 in Computerized No.T202302030306718 (Ashok Bahadur Singh and others vs. Ram Kailash and others) under section- 116 of U.P.
