Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- (a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the and directing the respondent no.5 not to interfere in peaceful construction of house over housing lease Arazi No.778 area 50 kari converted arazi No.966 situated at Village Sanjarpur, Tehsil-Nizamabad, District Azamgarh. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nizamabad District Azamgarh on 12.04.2024 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, fresh representation has been made by the respondent No.3 the respondent No.3 will tak
