The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to respondents evict the Gram Sabha Land (Gata No.61, 978, 986, 49 (Ka) (Kh) (Ga), 991(Kh) 992, 405, 1027, 1028, 1029 Ka, and 892 as Naveen Parti/Banjar/Bhita/Adadi) situated at village District of Gandhpa, Tehsil Mohammadabad, Ghazipur from the illegal possession of respondent No.6. 2.
