However, in case the private respondent feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Budhanpur, Azamgarh to decide Case No.9242 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202515060609242) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent
