The only prayer made by counsel for the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Auraiya to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.12.2025, copy of which is appended as annexure-10 to the writ petition. 2. Nothing has been stated in the entire writ petition nor any arguments has been raised that under which provisions of law aforesaid representation has been submitted by the petitioner. Apart from the same, from perusal of the aforesaid it is clear that the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is still going on between the parties. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted as prayed for by the petitioner in the present writ petition. 4.
