The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent no.2- Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Mehnagar, District- Azamgarh to decide restoration application dated 13.02.2024 filed in Case No.31 of 2006-07, Computer Case No.T2006156516 expeditiously. 4.
