However, in case respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent no.3 to decide the case under Section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 filed on 02.01.2012 expeditiously. 4. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 or before whom proceedings of the aforesaid case is pending will decide the same expeditiously. 5.
