Against the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Martinganj, District Azamgarh in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 116 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.4889 of 2025, Appeal No.C202515000003680 as provided under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been filed by the private respondents. Along with the said appeal, an application for grant of interim protection has been filed. It is argued that another application has been filed for interim protection in which an order has been passed by the Additional Commissioner Azamgarh Region Azamgarh on 29.12.2025 staying the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by the respondent No.3. It is argued that taking advantage of the aforesaid order, the private respondent has started constructions over the plot in dispute and prays that the interim protection is urgently required otherwise t
