The only relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon Prayagraj to decide Case No.883 of 2022 renumbered Case No.18845 of 2025 (Computer Case No.T202502030318845) expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the court below to decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner except the fact that suit is filed in the year 2025. 4.
