Against the order dated 05.08.2024 passed by the Respondent No.3 namely Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Chail, District Kaushambi, in Case No. 213 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202402420500213 in the proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an appeal under Section 207 of the Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No.2 namely Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj. Along-with the said appeal an application for condonation of delay as well as application for interim relief was also filed. 2. It is argued that the aforesaid appeal was numbered as Appeal No.1606 of 2026, Computerized Case No.T202602420501606 (Anita Devi vs. Usha Devi and others), hence no decision has been taken, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 3.
