The present writ petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding an directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take necessary action against the respondent no. 5 and 6 while raising forcible obstruction over the land of Gata No. 932-GA a sum of area 0.069 Hectare, which has been recorded as Bheeta. 3.
