A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has liberty to move proper application under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the competent authority. 3. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move proper application under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the competent authority.
