The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar/ Assistant Collector, Tehsil Tirwa, District Kannauj to decide the application dated 06.10.2025 under Section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. It appears from perusal of the record that regarding the cancellation of allotment of lease in favour of the petitioners, an order dated 20.11.2019 was passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Kanpur Division, Kanpur in Case No.01745 of 2019, Computerized Case No.C201903000001745. 3. Aggrieved against the aforesaid order, Writ B No.1391 of 2020 was filed by one Dharm Pal before this Court in which an order of status quo has been passed by this Court on 07.12.2020. 4.
