The petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing Writ C No.13316 of 2024 which was finally disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.05.2024. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that after the aforesaid order was passed, pillars were installed which were later erected by the respondents. In this regard, representation has been made by the petitioner before the Tehsildar and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mehnagar, District Azamgarh but till date no action has been taken in the matter. 3.
