The basic relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.3/Additional Divisional Magistrate (Administration) Azmagarh District Azamgarh to decide Case No.4134 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202315060004134) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.3 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of
