The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur District Prayagraj to decide Declaratory Suit being Case No.07698 of 209 (Tahir Hussain Vs. State of U.P. and others) expeditiously. 4.
