Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ghosi, District- Mau to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure-3 to this writ petition), expeditiously within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ghosi, District- Mau but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.3 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for t
