The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the prayer to remove the illegal encroachment over Khasra No.610, 614, 517 and 607 made by respondent Nos.4 to 6. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Agra on 02.08.2025 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, fresh representation has been made by the respondent No.2 the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation along with certified
