It is argued that application under Section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was submitted by the petitioners before the Respondent No.3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gunnaur and District Sambhal but the office of the Respondent no.3 has refused to except the aforesaid application, hence the present writ petition. 2. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents argued that the competent authority in the matter is Respondent No.3 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gunnaur and District Sambhal and he will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 3. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the petitioners are permitted to move an application under Section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Respondent No.3 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gunnaur and District Sambhal. If such application
