Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private parties feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No. 2/Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil-Jangal Kauriya Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide Restoration Application dated 16/07/2024 alongwith Delay Condonation Application, (Under Section 5 of Indian Limitation Act-2005) dated 09.01.2025 in Case No. 115/134/140/1728/2019 (Jay Lakshmi Solvence Versus Ram Bhawan), under Section 34/35 of Uttar Pradesh Revenu
