The petitioner has preferred present writ petition with the prayer to direct the court below to comply with the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow in Case No.REV/111/2011- 2012/Ballia. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties present and perused the records. 3. After going through the record it transpires that in the order dated 23.06.2025 direction has already been given by the Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow to the court below to decide the matter expeditiously and preferably within three months. In case aforesaid direction was not complied with by the authorities, petitioner is free to move a proper application before the Board of Revenue in the aforesaid case itself. 4. The relief sought for in the present writ petition could not be granted. 5. The writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed. (Prakash Padia,J.)
