The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Kaptanganj, District- Kushinagar to decide Case no.- 04618 of 2018, Computerized Case no.- T201805440604618 (Savitri Devi versus Atarvaasi Devi) under Section 34/35 of the U.P.
