It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the proceedings initiated under Section 333 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act which was registered as Case No.REV/81/2022/Ghaziabad (Computerized Case No.ME202211280081). In the aforesaid case, order was passed by the Judicial Member of Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Meerut on 12.08.2025 in which a direction was given to the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Inquiry Officer to decide the matter afresh. It is argud that consierable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3.
