The present application has been filed to make necessary corrections in the judgement and order dated February 18, 2026. 3. While going through the aforesaid order it transpires that certain facts were not disclosed before this Court at the time when aforesaid judgement was delivered. 4. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the matter should be heard fresh hence the order dated 18.02.2026 is recalled. 5.
