The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.11.2025 before the respondent no.2 namely Collector/District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 2. When a query was raised by the Court that under which provisions of law aforesaid provisions has been submitted by the petitioner no reply has been given. 3. In this view of the matter, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail common law remedy.
