Act, 1950. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties present and perused the records. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the petitioner to move a proper application for compliance of the order dated 15.02.2025 before the respondent no.4 itself.
