However, in case the private respondent feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil Marihu, District Jaunpur to decide Case No.684 of 2022 (Computerized Case No.T202214360600684) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
