Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the concerned authorities to develop and construct a proper drainage system for the village. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 11.06.2025." 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4.
