However, in case the private parties feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, Jaunpur to decide Restoration Application dated 05.09.2023 being Case No.RST/186/2025 (Computerized Case No.T202514360400186) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.3 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
