Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to remove the illegal possession on the land, which is recorded in the petitioners name in the Khatauni, Khasra/Gata No. 318M. area 0.4100 Hec. and Khasra/Gata No. 361 M. area 0.41 Hec., which is situated at Village (Pargana) Aouty (Bilhaur) Tehsil Bilhaur, District Kanpur Nagar from respondent no. 5 and 6 and to given possession to the petitioners, which name is revenue record. II. Issue writ and order or direction in the nature of manadamus commanding to respondent no. 2 & 3 to dispose on illegal possession and maintain public in the village Aouty, Tehsil Bilhaur, District Kanpur Nagaar on spot." 3.
