The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding and directing the Collector/Chief Mandamus Respondent No. 3/Additional Revenue Officer, District Jaunpur to firstly correct the map of the Plot Nos. 277 measuring area 935 hectare by registered and decided the Case No. Nil of 2026 [Dinesh Singh Vs. State] under Section 30(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, thereafter, to proceed the Case No.D202514360002993 [Commercial Tax Department Vs. Shiv Kumar Singh] under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 situated at Village Sihipur, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur within stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court; 2. From perusal of the same, it transpires that an application under Section 30(1) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 filed by the petitioners before the
