Heard Shri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Shri R.P.S. Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.5. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to comply with the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.31700 of 2025 (Nirupama Singh vs. Government) before the respondent No.3 in which order dated 25.07.2025 has been passed in favour petitioner. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date the aforesaid order has not been complied. 4
