Proceedings under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.4408 of 2023, Computerized Case No.T202305200204408 (Gulam Rasal vs. Sajida Khatoon). 2. In the said proceedings, an order dated 28.08.2025 was passed in favour of the petitioner. It is argued that though the aforesaid order has become final and the same has not yet been complied with, hence the present writ petition. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that in case the petitioner will submit an application before the Respondent No.2-Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria itself to comply with the order dated 28.08.2025, the Respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 4.
