Revenue Code-2006, within stipulated period. 2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as Shri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.52. 3.
