The petitioner has preferred present petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by respondent no.2. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner as per 3rd schedule contained under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 to file first appeal before the Divisional Commissioner. 4. In view of the same, present petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner. (Prakash Padia,J.)
