The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent No.4 to make a correction in the revenue map of Araji No.2454 and 2461 as per order passed by the respondent no.3 dated 14.05.2025 in Case No.342 of 2025 (Ram Dular vs. Ravi Shankar and others), under Section 30 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 2. It is argued that though in this regard representation has been made by the petitioner but till date no decision has been taken on the same, hence the present writ petition. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to move a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent No.4 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj within a period of four weeks from today along-with certified copy of this order.
