The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent authorities to make demarcation of Gata No.227 of Gata No.223Kha situated in Village Putha Tehsil Ajeetmal District Auraiya. 2. Today when the matter is taken, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that a complete procedure has already been prescribed in this regard under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 and the present petition is not maintainable. 3. This fact is also admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that since the procedure has already been given under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 200, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is dismissed. (Prakash Padia,J.)
