Restrain the defendant/respondent for interfering with the peaceful possession over the gata no. 4417 and 4418 (new gata no. 1698 and 1699) during the pendency of the suit. 2. It appears from perusal of the record that for the same relief, the petitioner has already been filed Original Suit No.16 of 2026 before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehpur which is still pending. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that since for the same relief, the petitioner has already filed civil suit, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. 4.
